A very common plant in the Pacific Northwest, the Western Sword Fern makes a lovely photo subject. I made a mirrored collage out of one shot here.

I followed the link from the RVP to your site...great images. I also noticed you've taken quite a few shots with your iphone. Are you editing them later on photoshop...or, are you using an app to tweak the images?
Hey, thanks for checking out the site and posting, I really appreciate it! All of the shots for the RVP were done on my iPhone and processed (if at all) in the phone. I use several photo apps such as camera bag, shake it photo, pano, photo fx, mill color, kooleido, photohype, etc. I'm actually new at this iPhone game and am really enjoying myself. Today I did feel a little naked without my Nikons though.
